For your first 2 sales your commissions would be $1,000 each.
Each sale after that your commissions would be $2,000 each.

Q.) How do the overrides work on sub affiliates?

You get overrides on each and every affiliate you ever bring on to Resorts360! So if you brought on 100 affiliates, you get paid on all of them. Each time they make a sale your override commissions will be 25%
So each time one of your affiliate makes a $2,000 Commission from selling a VIP premium membership, your commissions are $1,000! This occurs on each sale each one of your affiliates make!

Q. Is there also perpetual leverage with this compensation plan?

Yes! While you do get paid overrides on all affiliates as stated. For your first 2 affiliates, it's only after they've each made 2. So - those first 4 sales made by your first 2 affiliates that you did not get overrides on; someone else did. Who got paid was the next qualified manager above you. Remember you were only an associate when you made your first 2 sales

So for these persons, those 4 turn into 8, those 8 turn into 16, those 16 turn into 32 and so on. All of these sales this qualified manager is getting 25% on. Now, from your 3rd sale on - and because you are a manager.
Each new associate you bring on board you are getting overrides on all their first 2 sales! Which turn into 8, 16, 32 and so on.

This is on each associate! Each one. This all is in addition to teh commissions you make on each of your front line affiliates! That's it! Now you've got it.
